Luigi Bormioli Thermic Glass Coffee Glass 25 Cl Irish Coffee - 2 Pieces
Bekijk de gehele collectie
Twenty-five centiliters, specially designed for Irish coffee: a hot coffee with whiskey and a layer of unwhipped cream that should remain floating on top instead of sinking into the drink.
The cream should stay on top
The trickiest part of an Irish coffee is keeping the coffee and cream separate, which depends on temperature and technique. Pour the cream slowly over the rounded side of a spoon and keep it lightly whipped; this way, the layer remains intact. In a double-walled glass, the coffee underneath cools more slowly, allowing the contrast between hot and cold to last longer.
Visible from the outside
With this serving style, a clear glass is not a luxury but a necessity: the layers are half the appeal. Other models for hot drinks can be found in the Luigi Bormioli Thermic Glass collection; compare it with other coffee glasses. Luigi Bormioli makes Thermic Glass in Italy from lead-free crystal glass to professional catering standards; hand-wash only.

Over het merk
Luigi Bormioli
