Puschkin Red
Puschkin's red bottle: vodka with the bittersweet taste of blood orange, at 17.5%. Neither a strong vodka nor a syrupy liqueur, but an ice-cold shot that just as easily becomes a refreshing long drink.

Blood orange with a vodka heart
Puschkin Red combines the strength of Puschkin vodka with the bittersweet taste of red blood oranges. The vodka itself is distilled three times and filtered several times, with filtration over ice as the final step, a process rooted in an old Russian tradition. Water, glucose-fructose syrup, fruit juice concentrate, natural flavourings and citric acid are then added.
The result is a 17.5% drink: about half the strength of regular vodka. To be honest, this isn't a bottle to sip slowly. Puschkin Red is made for partying: ice-cold as a shot, or lengthened with sparkling water, tonic or orange juice as a long drink. The bitterness of the blood orange keeps the sweetness in check.
In brief
Sweet orange with a bitter edge
Red citrus fruit
Ripe orange and the slightly deeper, berry-like aroma of blood orange. You only smell the vodka in the background.
Sweet and bittersweet
First juicy and sweet, then a lightly bitter peel note like the one you know from blood orange. Chilled, it becomes fuller and less sweet.
Fresh and short
A short finish with a slight bitterness and a warm edge from the vodka. Invites you to add sparkling water or have a second shot.
Taste profile of Puschkin Red chilled straight from the freezer. With sparkling water or tonic, the bitterness of the blood orange comes through more.
How to serve Puschkin Red
Place the bottle in the freezer for a few hours. Because of its low alcohol content, it becomes thick and syrupy there, which makes the flavor rounder.
Ice-cold shot
2 cl Puschkin Red straight from the freezer into a chilled shot glass. Drink it in one go: sweet orange first, then a touch of bitterness.
Shot glasses →Red & tonic
50 ml Puschkin Red with 150 ml tonic in a highball glass filled with ice, garnished with a slice of orange. The tonic brings out the bitterness of the blood orange beautifully.
Highball glasses →Red with bubbles
20 ml Puschkin Red and 40 ml orange juice in a chilled coupe, topped up with 80 ml prosecco. A red twist on the mimosa for brunch or the start of the evening.
To the mimosa →Cocktails with a splash of Puschkin Red
Anywhere orange and vodka come together, Red can join in. Because it is sweeter and lighter than vodka, you can often leave out some of the syrup or liqueur.

Screwdriver
Vodka and orange juice. Replace some of the vodka with Red for a blood orange version.
Sea Breeze
Vodka, cranberry and grapefruit. With its bittersweet citrus notes, Red pairs well with grapefruit.
Mimosa
Orange juice and bubbles. A splash of Red makes it redder and slightly more bitter.
