Wat kost een zakelijk account?

Niets. Er zijn geen kosten voor het account, geen abonnement en geen minimum afname.

Zijn de prijzen inclusief of exclusief btw?

Exclusief. Als zakelijke klant zie je overal de prijs zonder btw, en bij het afrekenen wordt de btw erbij opgeteld. Zit je bedrijf in een ander EU-land en is je btw-nummer geldig, dan verleggen we de btw en betaal je die niet.

Hoe snel is mijn account goedgekeurd?

Klopt je btw-nummer en meld je je aan met een e-mailadres van je eigen bedrijf, dan is het binnen enkele minuten geregeld. Gebruik je een gmail- of hotmailadres, dan controleren we het handmatig en duurt het iets langer.

Kan ik op rekening betalen?

Na je eerste bestellingen wel. We starten elk account met vooraf betalen en zetten daarna een betaaltermijn op je account, zodat je achteraf per factuur kunt betalen.

Kan ik over een jaar dezelfde glazen bijbestellen?

Bij de series die wij voeren is dat het uitgangspunt. Twijfel je over een specifieke serie, vraag het ons dan voordat je een grote set aanschaft, dan zoeken we uit hoe lang de fabrikant hem levert.

Kunnen jullie glazen bedrukken met ons logo?

Ja, met vaatwasbestendige zeefdruk vanaf 100 stuks totaal. De bedrukking begint bij 1,24 euro per glas voor één kleur. Je krijgt altijd eerst een digitale drukproef en een offerte binnen één werkdag.

Verzending binnen Nederland kost 6,95 euro, en 12,95 euro als je bestelling niet in één doos past. Naar België en Duitsland is dat 8,95 en 15,95 euro.

Ik heb al een particulier account. Kan dat omgezet worden?

Je meldt je gewoon aan met het formulier op deze pagina. We koppelen je bedrijf aan je e-mailadres, waarna je bij het inloggen je zakelijke prijzen ziet in plaats van de consumentenprijzen.

On each product page, you can see when your order will arrive for each quantity. Even when part of it comes from stock and the rest has to be ordered from the manufacturer. Printing

Your own logo on the glass

Screen printing with ceramic ink, fired at approximately 600°C. The print becomes part of the glass, does not come off and is dishwasher-safe in commercial dishwashers. On wine glasses, we print the logo on the fill line by default, so your staff can pour precisely up to that point.

We check your VAT number against the European VAT database. If it is valid and you use an email address belonging to your own company, your account will be ready immediately.

How much does a business account cost?

Nothing. There are no account fees, subscription, or minimum order.

Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

Excluding VAT. As a business customer, you see prices excluding VAT everywhere, and VAT is added at checkout. If your company is located in another EU country and your VAT number is valid, we will reverse-charge the VAT and you will not pay it.

How quickly will my account be approved?

If your VAT number is correct and you sign up with an email address from your own business, it will be arranged within a few minutes. If you use a Gmail or Hotmail address, we will check it manually and it will take a little longer.

Can I pay by invoice?

After your first orders, yes. We start every account with payment in advance and then add payment terms to your account, allowing you to pay by invoice afterward.

Can I order the same glasses again in a year?

That is the standard for the ranges we carry. If you are unsure about a specific range, ask us before purchasing a large set, and we will find out how long the manufacturer will continue supplying it.

Can you print glasses with our logo?

Yes, with dishwasher-safe screen printing from a total of 100 pieces. Printing starts at €1.24 per glass for one color. You will always receive a digital proof and a quote within one business day. Everything is listed on the glass printing page.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95, or €12.95 if your order does not fit in one box. To Belgium and Germany, the costs are €8.95 and €15.95. Everything is listed on the shipping, warranty and returns page.
