We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

Eclat, per esteso Eclat Cristal d'Arques, è un marchio francese della vetreria Arc ad Arques, nel nord della Francia, dove si produce vetro dal 1825. Eclat lavora con il cristallino: un vetro con un contenuto maggiore di minerali, che si avvicina alla limpidezza e alla rifrazione del cristallo senza contenere piombo.
