If you choose a refund to your account, the return costs are equal to the shipping costs for your country: €6.95 in the Netherlands, €8.95 in Belgium and Germany, and €9.99 in Spain, France and Luxembourg.

We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

Tiki
Tiki is hier geen glasfabriek met een verleden maar de naam waaronder de tikimokken en tikiglazen in dit assortiment staan. De stijl zelf komt uit de Amerikaanse bars van de jaren dertig, zaken die zich voordeden als een Polynesisch strand en rumdrankjes serveerden in bekers vol houtsnijwerk en maskers. Die vormentaal is nog steeds het uitgangspunt.
In de praktijk koop je zo'n beker omdat de serve erin thuishoort: een mai tai of een zombie met bergen crushed ice, drie soorten rum en een garnering die boven de rand uitkomt. Daar horen ruime maten bij, tot zeventig centiliter toe, in keramiek en in glas. Alle modellen staan bij elkaar tussen de tikiglazen en tikimokken.
