Martini Fiero
The orange Martini, made to be drunk with tonic. Italian wine with the essence of blood orange and other citrus fruits: fruity, lightly bitter and, at 14.5%, a light aperitif.

Vermouth that tastes of blood orange
Martini Fiero is a Mediterranean aperitif based on Italian wine, flavored with the essence of blood oranges and other citrus fruits. It comes from the same cellars in Pessione as Rosso and Bianco, but in terms of taste it is much closer to a spritz: fruity, fresh and with a lightly bitter edge.
Martini launched Fiero in 2018 to be drunk 50/50 with tonic, as an Italian alternative to the Aperol Spritz. At 14.5% alcohol, it is slightly lighter than Bianco, which is 15%. The difference is in the taste: while Bianco is soft and vanilla-like, Fiero is juicy and citrusy.
In brief
Juicy, orange and just bitter enough
Blood orange
Fresh, juicy orange with a hint of other citrus. Smells like a freshly squeezed blood orange with something herbal behind it.
Fruity and fresh
Fruity and lightly sweet, with the wine as a fresh base. Less sweet than Bianco and much lighter than Rosso.
Softly bitter
A softly bitter finish of peel and herbs, which becomes a little drier with tonic.
Flavor profile of Martini Fiero with tonic, as intended. Neat, it is sweeter and fuller.
Fiero tonic and two other serves
Fiero is a drink for the terrace: lots of ice, an orange slice and a large glass. That’s how you get the most out of it.
Fiero & tonic
Fill a large copa glass with ice, pour in 75 ml Martini Fiero and 75 ml tonic, and garnish with half an orange slice. Half and half: the serve Fiero was made for.
Copa glasses →Fiero spritz
60 ml Martini Fiero, 90 ml prosecco and a splash of sparkling water in a wine glass filled with ice, with a slice of orange. Drier and fizzier than with tonic.
Spritz glasses →Neat over ice
50 ml Fiero over a few large ice cubes in a tumbler, with a strip of orange peel. It is perfectly good neat; the ice keeps it refreshing.
Tumblers →Cocktails with an orange twist
Fiero works wherever orange and a touch of bitterness come together, from spritz to Sbagliato.

Aperol Spritz
Aperol, prosecco and sparkling water. If you like the Fiero spritz, you already know half of this classic.
Negroni Sbagliato
Red vermouth, bitters and prosecco. With Fiero instead of Rosso, it becomes fruitier and lighter.
Orange cocktails
All the drinks in shades of orange, from spritz to sunrise. Fiero is an easy base.
