We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

Chef & Sommelier è nato nel 2008 come la linea più alta del gruppo vetrario francese Arc, ad Arques, sviluppata insieme a sommelier e chef. Il marchio lavora con due materiali propri: Krysta, un vetro cristallino sottile e leggero per i calici da vino, e Kwarx, che resta limpido dopo tanti cicli di lavastoviglie invece di diventare lattiginoso.
Per questo sono bicchieri pensati per tavole dove il vino è al centro dell'attenzione, al ristorante come a casa.
