Baileys Belgian Chocolate
Irish cream with Belgian chocolate: thick, velvety smooth and even more dessert-like than the Original. To sip neat after dinner or shake into a Chocolate Martini.

A dessert in a bottle
Baileys Belgian Chocolate combines Baileys Irish cream with Belgian chocolate. The result is aromatic and velvety smooth, with a rich texture reminiscent of melted chocolate. It is intended to be enjoyed with dessert, or as dessert on its own.
There are two clear differences from the other Baileys varieties. It has 15.7% alcohol instead of 17%, and it comes in a 50 cl bottle. The chocolate makes it fuller and thicker, so you’ll want to pour it into small glasses rather than a large tumbler.
In brief
Full, thick and chocolatey
Melted chocolate
Rich chocolate with sweet cream, like a pan of hot chocolate.
Velvety smooth
Thick and full-bodied, with a rich chocolate flavour that lingers longer than the Original.
Long and sweet
A long, smooth finish of chocolate and cream. You can barely taste the 15.7% alcohol.
Tasting profile of Baileys Belgian Chocolate, lightly chilled. Too cold and it becomes syrupy and loses its aroma.
After dinner, with dessert
Belgian Chocolate is an after-dinner drink. Pour small, serve cool but not ice-cold, and preferably alongside something sweet.
Neat in a liqueur glass
40 ml lightly chilled Belgian Chocolate in a small liqueur glass, alongside coffee or dessert. This lets the chocolate shine.
