Baileys Strawberries & Cream

Strawberries and cream, but liquid
Baileys Strawberries & Cream is the familiar Baileys blended with strawberry and vanilla. The base remains Irish whiskey and cream, made with milk from around 1,500 Irish farms by R&A Bailey & Co in Dublin. The result tastes like a bowl of strawberries and whipped cream: fresh and fruity, light and creamy.
While the Original and Salted Caramel belong with winter and coffee, this pink variant is made for long summer days. It has 17% alcohol, just like the Original, and works especially well with ice, fruit and tropical flavours. In stores, it is sometimes also listed as Strawberry & Cream.

Over ice with strawberries
Pour 50 ml chilled Strawberries & Cream over ice in a tumbler, with a few fresh strawberries in it. Simple and summery.

Pour a splash over a few scoops of vanilla ice cream and finish with fresh strawberries and other fruit. A dessert in two minutes.

Shake 50 ml Strawberries & Cream, 50 ml white rum and 50 ml coconut milk with ice, then pour into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a strawberry.

Rum, pineapple and coconut. A splash of Strawberries & Cream turns it into a pink, creamy version.
