Bols Peach
A fresh, vibrant liqueur full of the flavor of sun-ripened peaches. Clear in color, light in alcohol and made for fruity cocktails: from Sex on the Beach to a quick Bellini.

Peach in a clear bottle
Bols Peach is a fruit liqueur with the flavor of sun-ripened peaches, made with natural ingredients. The liqueur is transparent and, at 17% alcohol, considerably lighter than Bols Triple Sec. It is one of more than thirty liqueurs made by Bols, the brand that has been making liqueurs in Amsterdam since 1575.
Peach liqueur is a typical cocktail liqueur. You rarely drink it neat, but it gives long drinks with cranberry and orange their summery peach flavor. Where a recipe calls for peach schnapps, you can use Bols Peach; in a Bellini, it replaces the peach purée when you want to save time.
In brief
Juicy, sweet and summery
Ripe peach
An exuberant aroma of ripe peach, like a fruit bowl in the sun.
Sweet and fresh
Sweet and juicy, with a fresh side that keeps it from becoming sticky. The alcohol is barely noticeable.
Short and fruity
A short, fruity finish. Calls for something sour or sparkling alongside it, such as cranberry or bubbles.
Flavor profile of Bols Peach neat and chilled. With cranberry or orange, it becomes fresher and less sweet.
Three summery ways to enjoy Bols Peach
Bols Peach works best with something sour or sparkling alongside it. Keep the bottle chilled to keep the peach flavor fresh.
Quick Bellini
15 ml Bols Peach in a coupe or flute, topped with 100 ml ice-cold prosecco. Stir gently. No purée needed, yet it still has the peach flavor of the original.
