We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

Mammoet
Mammoet is in dit assortiment het merk voor eenvoudig horecaglas, en over de herkomst ervan is weinig vast te stellen. Wat het merk wel meteen verraadt, zijn de namen: een Amsterdam vaasje, een fluitje, een Pampus spatje en een Jordaan longdrink zijn de maten waarmee een Nederlands café werkt. Het glas is stevig kalknatronglas, geperst en stapelbaar.
Daarmee is dit glaswerk bedoeld voor zalen, kantines, strandtenten en verenigingen, waar veel glazen tegelijk de tafel op gaan en waar er af en toe een sneuvelt.
