We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

RIEDEL è un'azienda familiare austriaca che risale al 1756 ed è oggi guidata dall'undicesima generazione. La vetreria si trova a Kufstein, in Tirolo, dove i calici a parete sottile vengono soffiati a bocca; un secondo stabilimento a Weiden, in Germania, produce le serie soffiate a macchina. Il marchio è diventato famoso quando, alla fine degli anni Cinquanta, Claus J. Riedel iniziò a disegnare calici per ogni vitigno.
In pratica qui compri forma invece di decorazione. Ogni calice è stato sviluppato insieme ai produttori di vino, e la larghezza della coppa e la posizione del bordo determinano dove arriva il vino sulla tua lingua.
