We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

J-Line è il marchio di decorazione del grossista belga Jolipa, nato nel 1978 con uffici, showroom e magazzino a Tournai. Il marchio è noto per bicchieri decorativi che si fanno notare invece di passare inosservati: bicchieri da acqua a forma di pesce o di uccello, rilievi intrecciati, vetro colorato e bordi volutamente irregolari.
In pratica scegli questi bicchieri quando anche la tavola può essere decorazione, a una festa, a un buffet o su una tavola apparecchiata dove c'è qualcosa da guardare. Oltre al vetro vero c'è una serie in acrilico e plastica, con forme quasi identiche, comoda all'aperto e con i bambini intorno.
