We pack our glasses with the utmost care. Every order is securely packaged with extra protective material so that it arrives safely.
We also place clear warning stickers on the shipping box so the delivery service knows that the box contains fragile glasses and handles it with care.
If a glass still arrives damaged, report it in your account within three business days with a photo. You will receive a replacement glass or store credit, and you do not need to return the broken glass.

Spiegelau
In Spiegelau, een plaats in het Beierse Woud in Duitsland, wordt al sinds 1521 glas gemaakt. Sinds 2004 hoort het merk bij de groep van Riedel, en dat is te merken aan de nadruk op de vorm van de kelk. Het glas is loodvrij kristal, machinaal geblazen, met randen die zo dun zijn dat je de overgang naar de wijn nauwelijks voelt.
In de praktijk is dit glaswerk bedoeld voor wie graag goed wijn drinkt zonder er een ceremonie van te maken. Definition en Authentis zijn de wijnseries, de Perfect Serve Collection is voor de bar getekend, en Lounge en Lifestyle staan er losser tussen. Van een shotglas tot een decanteerkaraf van anderhalve liter loopt het door in de volledige Spiegelau collectie.
