Why does Palomino have a short stem?
A short stem makes the glass more stable and more compact. At a crowded table it topples less easily, it fits under a standard glass rack and it takes up less room when many glasses stand side by side.
Which Palomino glass should I take for white wine?
The 35 cl glass. The more compact bowl matches the smaller measure you pour of white wine, which keeps the wine cool. Do not fill beyond half full and top up twice instead.
Is Pasabahce Palomino tempered glass?
Yes, the range is made of tempered soda-lime glass. The bowl and the rim therefore take more knocks than ordinary glass, which is why these models are used so widely in canteens and clubs.
Is a 15 cl flute not rather small?
That is deliberate. Fifteen centilitres amounts to roughly a standard glass of sparkling wine. Because the glass is empty before the foam collapses, you drink the bubbles at their best rather than from a half-flattened glass.
